I use a CO₂ laser cutter and engraver to create high-quality, custom products with precision and consistency. It’s especially effective with materials like wood and acrylic – while the go-to thickness is 3mm for both plywood and acrylics, I can cut through thicker pieces like 20mm acrylic glass for stuff like trophies, or do detailed engraving on thinner sheets for more delicate work. Acrylic comes out with polished edges, and the engraving detail is crisp and clean.

Let it spin

I also use a rotary attachment with my laser, which makes it possible to engrave on round or cylindrical objects like bottles, tumblers, and glasses. The attachment rotates the object smoothly as the laser works, so the design wraps evenly around the surface without distortion. It’s perfect for adding logos, names, or custom graphics to drinkware and other curved items.
